TheKnot.com is a comprehensive wedding resource website that covers everything from wedding planning to the honeymoon, and the wedding favors section of this site does not disappoint. There is a large selection of wedding favors to choose from and The Knot lets you search by color, style, and more.
When we arrived on The Knot's wedding favor page we noticed there were quite a few unique favors available. Sure, there were the traditional matches and bubbles, but we also found candles, bath soaps, bottle stoppers and more.
Even though there was a huge selection of favors to choose from, The Knot's offerings were very easy to navigate. Everything was well laid out and organized and the pages loaded very quickly.
We were happy to see that many of the items were discounted, such as the personalized Hershey's Kisses, personalized cameras and heart bookmarks. What we really fell in love with were the favors under the "Practical Favors" subheading. We found salt and pepper shakers, golf tees, teapot timers and other gifts that your wedding attendees will be sure to use.
And we really liked the pricing structure. While the base prices are competitive, The Knot offers incremental discounts for bulk orders. If you're having a larger wedding, this pricing structure can really save you some cash.
Overall we felt that The Knot's wedding favor offerings were unique, comprehensive, easy to shop and reasonably priced. It's definitely a site to check out for your wedding favor needs.

TheKnot.com Customer Service:
TheKnot.com offers customer support via an online FAQ, phone support and email help. The FAQ was quite comprehensive, answering questions on topics ranging from shipping to personalization services. Phone support was also quite helpful. Our call was answered in just seconds and the rep we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. Email support was not as prompt (they didn't get back to us till the next day) but was just as informative. Overall we feel that TheKnot.com's customer service is definitely above average when compared to that of the other wedding sites we visited.
Upside:
Huge selection, competitive pricing, great service.
Downside:
TheKnot.com's wedding favor pages may not be as comprehensive as resources that dedicate their entire sites to party favors, rather than weddings in general.
